Sridhar is a licensed physiotherapist to practice in the province of Ontario and member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. He has completed several post-graduate courses which include the McKenzie Method, Therapeutic Taping, Acupuncture and Manual Therapy. His achievement in patient care includes teaching self-management techniques and a dedication to helping every patient recover completely. During his practice period he has successfully helped patients recover from a wide variety of injuries including back / neck injuries and sports injuries. He believes in educating his patients as well, so that they can take an active role in their recovery.
Sareeta Choudhry is qualified and experienced health care professional in field of physiotherapy. Her qualification includes Bachelor of physiotherapy and have also pursuing certificate program on McKenzie method of diagnosis and therapy to broaden her assessment and treatment skills. She is an efficient physiotherapist who has sheer towards her patient’s treatment and justifies her profession completely. She has experience in managing patients with all age group (pediatric to geriatrics) with orthopedics and neurological condition. She is motivated and ambitious towards enhancing her skills to give the best treatment to patients.
Snehal is a registered physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapist of Ontario and is in good standing.Her qualification includes Bachelors in Physiotherapy. She has achieved certifications in Myofascial Release (MFR), Neurodevelopmental Techniques (NDT) and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF). Her treatment approach includes hands on manual therapy and soft tissue release in combination with targeted exercise program to establish patient’s goals and rehabilitation.Focused communication, understanding patient’s problems and educating them about their condition plays an integral part of Snehal’s practice. She believes in continuous learning process and self-upgradation as it is the most important asset to help patient regain their normal functional level.
Dr. Kim is a diversified chiropractor that utilizes a holistic approach to help his clients reach their optimum function and health. His approach to therapy involves detecting mechanical dysfunction that patients present with and designing a treatment plan that will alleviate pain and restore proper function. His treatments include but are not limited to joint manipulation and mobilizations, medical acupuncture, active soft tissue therapy, electro /ultrasound therapy , kinesiotaping and rehabilitative exercise program.
Paul is registered with the college of Massage Therapist of Ontario and a member of the Registered Massage Therapist Association of Ontario. Paul graduated from the CDI College in 2008.His main emphasis is on the stress reduction as well as Postural dysfunction correction which presents as day to day pains and aches. He is passionate about understanding his client’s needs, makes sure to work on the same as well as educating the client for self care. Paul uses various techniques such as Swedish, Shiatsu, Reflexology, Acupressure point, Trigger point release.
Vasyl is a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and a member of the Registered Massage Therapist Association of Ontario. Vasyl graduated from the Kikkawa College of Massage Therapy in 1998. Since then he has been working closely with other health professionals.
He is trained in providing massages to client utilizing safe and appropriate techniques including deep tissue massage, Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release as well as providing clients with stretching and educating their condition. Vasyl strongly believes in maintaining Proper Posture and incorporating daily exercises into ones daily routine. He believes client education and self care plays a significant role in the recovery process.
She graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Trillium College in June 2011. In addition she has completed a Life Science Bachelor at McMaster University. She enjoys working one on one with clients to determine, which treatment is best for them through use of different Swedish, myofascial techniques and stretches. She enjoys providing deep tissue as well as relaxation massages and she feels strongly massage therapy is a great method not only to treat acute and chronic conditions, but also as a preventative. She has completed additional training in: M2T blade for scar and fascia release and Acupressure level 1.
She specialize in treatments for headaches, back, shoulder and neck pain/tension, thoracic outlet syndrome, piriformis syndrome (sciatica), plantar fasciitis, postural dysfunction, pre & post natal massage, overuse/repetitive strain and musculoskeletal injuries. She has worked with many MVA clients in all stages of recovery.
